One of my most favorite restaurants I've ever been to! Delicious food and excellent service. I've enjoyed every dish I've ever ordered but my favorite either has to be the triple bang kimchi pasta or the duk-boki ramen rice cakes! I'm so sad they're closed! I hope they eventually open up a third one lol

Always a go to place when you are in the 626 area! I tried the Kimchi Bacon Fries and it is a kimchi lover dish because of how much kimchi that they put into it. As always, I get the Da Best Kimchi Pasta Ever and it is no disappointment because of the flavor that are in it, it blended well the everything ingredients. The interior design is also nice to look at because of the painting that they put up. I would describe it as a real life Disney reality. Some can be unique and some can be the typical reality that you imagine. I love that they have a call button whenever you need service and the times I have been, it wasn't too busy so they are quick to go to your table.

Had the best Kimchi Pasta in this spot! The pasta was so flavorful, I love the tangy and spicy flavor from the kimchi, and the creaminess and the sauce. Also this spot has such a fun and cozy ambiance with their cool art decor and lighting!

Food A Service B Ambiance A- Let's start with the food, which I tried from when they first opened until now, delicious umami flavors, crunchy sweet, spicy, salty Korean style wings, huge army style stews. Service is a meh in all the times I've been but it's the kind of place where workers don't really check on you unless you flag them down. I am not a fan of the styrofoam dishes that they've been using post-covid and knocked off a star for the lack of effort in this area. Now ambiance... Decor and ambience is amazing and all due to Mimi Yoons vision and design. Gunal 2 has pub vibes with floor to ceiling Yoon renditions of traditionally submissive female characters (Cinderella, Little Mermaid, Snow White). It's a fresh take on an old narrative, making for interesting conversations and a great backdrop for girls night out or date nights.

Food: great. We got the following: Lychee soju cocktail glass $8 Melon bar soju cocktail glass $8.50 Da best: kimchi pasta ever $18.99 (if you enjoy creamy pasta then this is the pasta for you) came with shrimp and bacon and lots of onions and chopped kimchi You dropped da bomb on me $21.99 (version of pan roast - it was okay, different twist to it than the normal pan roast) Service: great. Fast. Efficient. Ambiance: chill, lots of tv all around, noise level is medium

5 stars all the way! Very nice experience! Came here for quick grub one afternoon, since it was still early it wasn't busy yet. We got a booth and really loved the artwork adorning the walls. Very sexy and beautiful. We ordered 2 items to share. Both were delicious and huge portions we didn't finish and had lunch for the next day. The flavors are on point and the ingredients were very fresh. Service was fast and efficient and very attentive. The whole restaurant was very clean and modern. Overall wonderful experience!

I always love coming here! The food is always so good and the servers are always so nice. This was our first time trying the Donburi and the flavors were bursting! It was sweet and salty with the broth and rice on the bottom. The onions and mushrooms perfectly complemented the katsu. Da Best Kimchi Pasta Ever is the go to whenever I'm here. The pasta is the obvious star of the dish but the bread is the hidden gem. The fish cake soup is always a hit or miss with me. Sometimes there's too much pepper or too much salt. The Boki was pretty standard. It was good but not something I would go crazy over. I'm not a person that can handle spice really well so after a few rice cakes I needed water. Our server was really nice and accommodating. Our original table was under the AC so we asked to move since it was cold. The server proceeded to walk to other tables just to make sure the AC wasn't hitting it and moved us to a table the ac wasn't under.

The Carbonara kimchi is a must try! The honey butter wings were extra crispy and had too much breading. The shrimp tacos were tasty but a a bit rubbery (overcooked). I could tell that this place is popular. The artwork on the walls is hands down remarkable! I understand that as the night progresses the vibe is pretty much club like. Peach Soju was sweet. The service was pretty good and since we were here before the crowds it didn't take too long.

Fried chicken not that good. I can stop after 3 and not care enough to eat more lol the sauces weren't that flavorful, ketchup was better They have a deal for $35 that includes a pitcher of house beer /soju, 15 wings and fries. Fries were like a lesser mcd. Kimchi pasta was bomb tho! Plenty of slightly tangy crunchy kimchi and bacon bits to somewhat offset any heaviness from the cream. We came at 6 on a weekday and it was pretty dead inside. 1/6 tables filled. The art they have on the wall is like a provocative/sexy Disney/cartoon fan art lol it's better than the fried chicken Service Very pleasant ! One of the servers was very personable and quick to fetch whatever we needed.

First time here and we are definitely coming back soon. Food and drinks in a lively atmosphere makes for a great date night or a hangout with friends. The lynchee soju cocktail was refreshing with a hint of sweetness. I had there Kona big wave draft but there's a variety to select from. We tried the bogogi Nachos and they did not disappoint. A delicious fusion of Mexican and Korean flavors in every bite. The red peppers had a hint of sweetness not overpowering. The soft shell crab steamy buns had a kimchi type slaw. Crab was fried perfectly and batter was a light coat, letting the crab shine. Marco, one of the servers suggested a chipotle aioli and eel sauce. Sauces took the dish to another level. Marco along with the other staff were attentive and welcoming. Love to button feature at every table to call for server, feeling attended to throughout the dining experience. As said before, we cannot wait to try their other dishes and drinks!
